High street retailers have cancelled more than $2 billion worth of orders and 982 million pieces of clothing meant to be for sale on your local high street.This is now leaving over a million factory workers in Bangladesh out of work and factories with thousands of unsellable items resulting with them ending in landfill.
Retail app Mallzee and SAJIDA Foundation are attempting to rescue this current crisis and have introduced a clever initiative called Lost Stock.
