Some stars of Coronation Street enjoyed a boozy video call during lockdown and were reunited virtually after six weeks away from filming the soap.

Daniel Brocklebank, who plays Billy Mayhew in the ITV soap, shared a screengrab of the Zoom party with some of his co-stars, who like him, dressed up as hippies.

Julia Goulding, who plays Shona Ramsey, and Sue Cleaver, who plays Eileen Grimshaw, were both on the call. New mum Julia pouted for the camera and flashed a peace sign, while she wore her brunette hair down with a headband and some giant red earrings.

Sue, who has just celebrated 20 years on the soap, donned a purple bandana over her hear, which was in two plaits. She also had a purple flower painted on her cheek to add to her hippie.
