Coronavirus: Love Island 'highly unlikely' to air in summer due to outbreak

Love Island fans could be left disappointed as it's claimed the ITV2 show is likely to not air this summer amid the coronavirus outbreak.

According to reports, Love Island chiefs have gathered to discuss the future prospects of the summer programme going ahead as planned in June and it was revealed that "all the signs are pointing to not airing the show".

Planning meetings that were due to happen over the next few weeks have now been postponed as Covid-19 continues to reap havoc worldwide.
