An early sufferer of coronavirus has shared a strange new Covid-19 symptom he experienced while battling with the deadly disease.

Dominic Minghella, the creator of British medical drama Doc Martin, fell ill with coronavirus around March 8. He spent days fighting the disease at home, not wanting hospital treatment, before heading to King's College Hospital, London where he was treated.
