Coronavirus: Trump says he’s ‘comfortable’ having son, grandchildren back at schools

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he was “comfortable” having his son and grandchildren back in schools this fall for in-person learning, and said they do have a national strategy for reopening schools safely, before adding that it’s “ultimately” up to the governors.

He also claimed, when asked about concerns children could potentially bring COVID-19 home to their family members, that children don’t “transmit very easily” or at all.
