The total number of confirmed cases in India rose to 3,577 on Sunday, according to Union Health Ministry data. The earlier data recorded a total of 3,374 confirmed cases.
The current data has added 203 more cases, while the death toll has increased to 83 and 274 patients have recovered from the highly contagious disease.
One had migrated to another country, it said. Out of the total confirmed Covid-19 cases, 65 foreign nationals. Delhi has the highest number of cases at 503 followed by Maharashtra (490), Tamil Nadu (485) and Kerala (306).
Delhi has been the worst-hit state from the deadly virus, reporting 503 positive cases and 7 deaths. Apart from that, the other most-affected states according to their recorded deaths are Maharashtra (24)
