Tributes have been pouring in for a "fit and healthy" postman who died after contracting coronavirus, with his widow begging people to stay at home.
Alexander Fenty, 45, fell ill over the weekend and was rushed to hospital after his condition deteriorated in a short space of time.
Known as Akie to his loved ones, he was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Sunday. The postie, who lived in Peterhead with his family, could not be saved and passed away a short time later, reports the Daily Record.
