Coronation Street actor Ben Price has revealed he and his co-star Jane Danson were in the middle of filming for an episode on the ITV soap, before coronavirus lockdown measures were put in place - meaning not all scenes were finished.

Filming was halted on the soap in March to help stop the spread of Covid-19. Ben and Jane were some of the last cast on set, attempting to film scenes for their heartbreaking ongoing storyline.

Jane's character Leanne recently learned her young son Oliver, 3, could have mitochondrial disease. The tragic storyline has led to Leanne's partner Nick Tilsley, played by Ben, struggling and feeling pushed out.
