Hundreds of couples have been left out of pocket by wedding venues who are refusing to issue refunds for cancellations due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Tens of thousands has been lost - with many more people yet to receive their money, after the government banned public ceremonies on March 23.
Consumer group Which? said it has reported 12 venues to the Competitions and Markets Authority (CMA) after receiving complaints from 20 couples who have been refused refunds.
