Social distancing measures and face coverings could be in place for the first six weeks of the school in a bid to keep cases down.

The Scottish Government announced yesterday that no one died in the last 24 hours of the deadly virus.However, in the same time period a total of 1,498 Scots returned positive tests.There are currently 331 people in hospital confirmed to have the virus with 40 being treated in intensive care.
