A dad-of-11 who died after being diagnosed with coronavirus had joined carers in looking after the elderly as the pandemic hit.
Garry Melia, a loving dad, joined a care company to support his family financially and fight "silent killer" coronavirus that is sweeping the world.
The former DJ was tragically diagnosed with Covid-19 after suffering a heart attack at his home in Southport, Merseyside. He lost his life just eight weeks after his 11th child, a daughter, Sienna, was born, Liverpool Echo reports.
Lisa Humphreys, a close family friend, said Garry was a "friend to everybody" and looked after "those most important to him".
