Dennis Quaid is firing back at reports that he took part in a $300 million Donald Trump ad about the Coronavirus pandemic.
The campaign is reportedly to help the country “defeat despair” (and it’s important to mention that Dennis did praise Trump‘s response to the pandemic months ago).
Amid the backlash, Dennis took to Instagram to record a video explaining. “It was in no way political,” Dennis said, adding he was not paid for his involvement.
He added that his appearance in the video with Dr. Fauci was “about raising awareness of COVID-19 and what we can still do to prevent lives being lost to this terrible, terrible virus.
