Queen riding a horse at Windsor Castle show the 94-year-old monarch is remaining healthy through the Covid-19 crisis.Last week the images were shared on the Royal Family's social media accounts, after she endured weeks of self-isolation.The Queen – who has been riding horses since she was four – looked relaxed and confident on her 14-year-old horse, Balmoral Fern.After seeing the images, Dr Daniel Cichi from Doctor4U, told the Daily Express that Royal fans should be encouraged by what they've seen.Horse riding, he said, can be tough on the body at any age and the fact the Queen is able to do it shows she is in good health.He said: "You have to be physically fit to engage in horse riding no matter your age as the impact of horse riding can.
