Pay scandal call centre AGO Outsourcing has been awarded a contract to offer shielding support to SERCO workers in England.The company is being sub-contracted by the UK Government through the DWP to help contact people down south who should be protecting themselves in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.The news comes as a survey this week revealed over a third of call centre workers were still being required to work, despite the SNP saying many call centre workers are “not essential”.
