Eamonn Holmes voices fear he has four years left to live after dad's death at 64

Eamonn Holmes says he tries to make the most of life but cannot help worrying he only has four years left. The 60-year-old presenter of This Morning alongside wife Ruth Langsford said he was desperate to achieve more given his dad was only a bit older than him when he died.

He said: “My father was dead at 64. He died of a heart attack. “That gives me four years.
