EastEnders actress Maisie Smith, who plays Tiffany Butcher on the soap, has detailed her battle with body dysmorphia. The teenager has been in the public eye since she was just seven when she joined the BBC soap.

In an emotional Instagram post, she opened up about her struggle with her body during her teen years. She shared a video of her singing a heartbreaking song about her ‘wish to be thinner’ that she penned herself.
