Scores of EasyJet customers have shared their frustration at trying to get flight refunds amid the coronavirus lockdown. Some have complained that there is 'no refund button' on the budget airline's website.
Others have claimed they can't get through to customer service on the phone. EasyJet, like airlines across the UK - and the world - have cancelled flights amid the COVID-19 crisis, with only 'essential' travel permitted by the government.
Holidaymakers are instead staying indoors under social distancing rules. The company says it is 'experiencing higher than average waiting times' - and reassured customers that various entitlements will be 'available long after their cancelled flight has flown'.
