It’s been a few weeks since easyJet issued travel updates on cancelled flights and future bookings for customers affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
The budget airline had been providing regular information on the website and social media channels after all flights were grounded at the end of March.
But now the easyJet.com website has a new ‘Covid-19 Help Hub’ which aims to steer customers in the right direction, quickly and in as few clicks as possible to the section they are looking for.
