Emmerdale's revamped set has finally been revealed. The quiet rural village of Beckindale has had a huge makeover in order to keep in line with socially distant guidelines as the coronavirus rages on.

In a bid to keep cast and crew members safe from contracting the killer virus from one another, ITV bosses have went above and beyond.

They have constructed high platforms and scaffolding so camera crew can film from above and from a safe distance. The cluttered scaffolding has been placed around the residents houses as well as on and around the roofs.
