Scott O’Keefe granted a defense motion Monday to acquit Troy Devlin, 39, of endangering the welfare of his son after a half-day nonjury trial, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.O’Keefe convicted Jahras Edwards, 28, of involuntary manslaughter, child endangerment and reckless endangerment but acquitted him of third-degree murder and conspiracy.
