Former AHS boss Stephen Duckett on Australia’s COVID-19 success: ‘It was significant restrictions, but it worked’

For 100 days, Australia imposed a strict lockdown to eliminate COVID-19 and now while a second wave ravages much of the world, life has returned to normal down under.

Dr. Stephen Duckett, who ran Alberta Health Services a decade ago and now lives in his homeland of Australia, said the country was successful in controlling spread because it followed the science.
