Adam Schlesinger, the frontman of the band Fountains of Wayne has passed away from coronavirus complications. He was aged just 51. The American musician was also a father of two and had preciously received three Grammy awards for his songwriting credit on several television shows.
Schlesinger was also nominated for an Academy Award for penning the song behind the 1997 movie “That Thing You Do,” about a fictional one-hit wonder band from the 1960s.
