Rita Wilson marks first performance since coronavirus diagnosis at virtual NASCAR event

The star, alongside husband Tom Hanks, battled the virus in Australia last month. Now fully recovered, the singer-actress sang the US National Anthem at NASCAR’s iRacing Pro Invitational Series Race.

Her performance was recorded from her LA home by her son Truman, 24. Teasing the performance yesterday on Instagram, Rita said she was ‘so honoured’ to be taking part.
