Gogglebox 'hit with Ofcom complaints' over fears that stars of the show are not practising social-distancing

Gogglebox has reportedly been hit by complaints from viewers over fears that some stars on the show aren’t social-isolating in their households due to the coronavirus lockdown.

According to reports, the hit Channel 4 show, which is still being filmed during the crisis, received 20 complaints from TV watchdog Ofcom following last week’s episode.The Sun claims that viewers have been left angered over whether stars such as Jenny and Lee are isolating together, or whether or not they live separately.

However, some of the show’s much-loved stars have confirmed the they live together and are following government guidelines. Lee and Jenny wrote on Twitter in March: “Well what can we say it’s Friday and it’s still on #Gogglebox.
