Gynaecologist talks 'safe sex' – and who you’re allowed to romp during pandemic

A gynaecologist has lifted the lid on what's right and wrong when it comes to having sex during the coronavirus pandemic. During this uncertain time, many people may be feeling sexually frustrated especially if they're not isolating with their partners.

And while our urges might sometimes get the best of us, it doesn't necessarily mean what we're doing is considered safe. So Jen Gunter, an Canadian-American gynaecologist, explained safe sex and who you're allowed to romp with during isolation.

The 54-year-old penned an article for The New York Times which focuses on coronavirus and sex. As Covid-19 is transmitted by droplets, if you have sex with someone who is infected you could be at risk.
