It's easy to see that, in the midst of the coronavirus, self-isolation and social distancing, people everywhere are having a hard time adjusting to the (temporary) new normal.
Luckily, Hayley Kiyoko and her therapist have some words of encouragement to help you out. On Tuesday (March 24), Kiyoko took to her Instagram to share some thoughts that she had in a recent therapy session that are helping her deal with adjusting to life in quarantine. "I had a really productive talk with my therapist today," she wrote in a new post. "I've been struggling just like many of you over trying to comprehend our new reality." The singer explained that what everyone is experiencing could be considered a form of grief. "We are experiencing grief for the life
