PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia health officials on Friday announced the first human case of West Nile virus in 2020, and extended precautions on how to combat the spread of the mosquito-borne illness.Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection says they found West Nile virus activity in the mosquito population in 16 of the state's 67 counties, including all southeastern Pennsylvania.
