The two-time Oscar winner and SAG-AFTRA settled the lawsuit she filed against them last year after she claimed that their health plan denied her coverage for the treatment of ovarian cysts. Hilary first filed her lawsuit in September 2020 where she said that she’s had to deal with ovarian cysts and endometriosis since 2008 and had previously had treatment covered under the SAG Health Plan.
