There's hope Covid-19 could be killed by a product in mosquito spray with UK military chemical experts to begin testing. The Ministry of Defence is investigating whether citriodiol, which has proved effective at killing other types of coronavirus, can destroy the newest strain, reports Sky News.
It comes as British troops are being issued with the repellent and encouraged to use it if they come into contact with someone who has - or potentially has - the disease.
