HSE misses 100,000 vaccine dose target for last week

The Health Service Executive has missed its vaccination target of 100,000 doses for last week, according to new figures published today.

In the week from last Monday to Sunday, the HSE administered 81,843 doses. That is 18,157 doses short of the 100,000 it had committed to delivering, according to the data published on the HSE Vaccination Dashboard.

Last Sunday saw the lowest number of vaccines delivered on a single day during the week, with 2,427 first doses and 35 second doses given.
