PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia International Airport has reported more than 300 cancellations on Saturday as a powerful nor'easter is forecasted to bring heavy snow and whipping winds.The airport said the canceled flights include both outgoing and incoming planes.

There were at least 78 cancellations and 267 delays for departing and arriving flights on Saturday. According to officials, the number of cancellations is from airlines proactively canceling flights to and from the airport on Saturday. MORE NOR'EASTER COVERAGEForecasters believe Philadelphia will receive between 4 and 8 inches of snow during the nor'easter with strong wind gusts that could gust to 30 MPH. "Philadelphia International Airport is responsible for 40 million square feet of surface on runways, taxiways and aprons, or the equivalent distance of driving from Philadelphia to Lexington, Kentucky," the airport said.

PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating an officer-involved crash that left one officer hospitalized late Monday night.It happened just before midnight at 57th and Arch Streets. Police say officers were attempting to stop a Chevrolet Malibu that was wanted in a previous carjacking near the intersection.The vehicle rear-ended the officer's cruiser then crashed nearby on Walnut Street.

Doja Cat has cancelled her appearance at the 2022 BRIT Awards after members of her road crew tested positive for COVID-19.In a tweet shared yesterday (January 31), the artist confirmed that “numerous members” of her touring crew (“both on and off stage”) had tested positive.“Unfortunately, due to cases of COVID within my crew, I will no longer be performing at the Brits,” Doja wrote. “It’s simply not safe for us to continue to rehearse together and put each other in harm’s way.
