Deal or No Deal made for emotional viewing when contestant Brad shared with host Stephen Mulhern that he was terminally ill.
Brad, who was visibly upset, revealed that he had been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), a condition that weakens the muscles and leads to paralysis.
Brad bravely explained that he likely only had a few years left to live. However, he remained positive, reminding Stephen that physicist Stephen Hawking also had MND and lived for 55 years after his diagnosis.
As first reported by Daily Star, with his voice trembling, Brad expressed his hope of winning some money on the show to start ticking things off his bucket list.
