Joe Exotic has struck a small victory in his $89 million (£70.4 million) lawsuit against false arrest. The Tiger King star is serving 22 years in prison for plotting to murder his nemesis, Big Cat Rescue owner Carole Baskin.

Joe, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, had filed a lawsuit against his arrest and according to E! News, court documents have shown that he has been granted an extension to file an objection in the civil case.
