The medical center is run by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Joe‘s husband Dillon Passage recently shared that Joe had been in coronavirus isolation. Joe is currently serving a 22-year jail sentence after he was found guilty for paying a hit man $3,000 to kill his sworn enemy Carole Baskin.
