According to 7 News, the 57-year-old is serving a 22-year sentence in a Texas prison after being convicted of two counts of murder-for-hire and 17 other wildlife violations.
In an interview with Andy Cohen on the Sirius XM radio show Andy Cohen Live, fourth husband Dillon Passage said he had not spoken to Joe recently because he was in coronavirus isolation. "We speak like three to five times every day, but since he’s been moved to this new facility, they are putting him on a COVID-19 isolation because of the previous jail he was at, there were cases," Dillon told Cohen. "I’ve yet to speak to him since he moved." Dillon then said Joe "is in his own COVID-19 quarantine."
