Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has reportedly held talks with the club’s owners as the German plots his summer transfer business with Jadon Sancho and Timo Werner in his sights.

Liverpool have stormed away at the top in the Premier League this season, 25 points clear with just nine matches remaining. The season is in doubt due to the coronavirus pandemic though Klopp is already looking ahead with the title all but won.

Both Sancho and Werner have been linked with moves to Anfield this summer with Klopp looking to make sure this season’s success isn’t a one off.

And the Mirror claim that Klopp has already spoke to Fenway Sports Group bosses in Boston over the funds that will be available when the transfer window opens.
