The 41-year-old, who is usually pictured out and about by the paparazzi almost every day of her life, hadn't been seen since February.

On February 18, just days after the tragic death of Caroline Flack, Katie took to social media to announce she was taking a break from the limelight.

She wrote on Instagram : "I've decided to take a break from this horrible media world. "I'm absolutely heart broken.. I'm having a dramatic change in my life for the better.
