Kris Boyson says exercise saved his life when he reached such a low point that he didn't know if he could go on. The personal trainer opened up about his battle with mental health as he launched his own fitness app to pass on what he's learned to others.

Kris, 31, is launching a new app that focuses on mental health as well as diet and exercise. He's drawing on his own experiences and his 11 years in the business to deliver what he thinks is the perfect package.
