Rochdale still has the highest infection rates, but they have fallen in comparison to the previous week. However the town's rates are not falling as much as other areas.
All ten boroughs are above the national average for England, which stands at 27.3 cases per 100,000 people. In Rochdale the infection rate is 61.6 cases per 100,000 people.
