Motorists who undertook 300-mile round trips from London to the Cotswolds have been slapped with £200 fines. Cotswolds Police pulled over multiple drivers in two Gloucestershire villages who had made the brazen journeys, with one arguing "it is very hard to go shopping" in the capital.
