Luka Jovic’s father has addressed rumours that he fell off a wall after the Real Madrid striker picked up a mystery injury during the coronavirus lockdown.

With Spanish football set to return in the not too distant future, Zinedine Zidane’s side are back in training once again. However, one man that wasn’t out on the training pitch this week was Serbian hitman Jovic.

The 22-year-old is set for an extended period on the sidelines after scans showed he had fractured the heel of his right foot upon his return to the Spanish capital.

Serbian outlet Kurir reported that Jovic had picked up the injury by falling off a wall in Belgrade after returning home for the coronavirus lockdown.
