Looking after your mind means you also have to look after your body. We could be saying, 'Oh appreciate your body, love your body', but if you actually love your body, you're not going to put s**t in it all the time, are you?

I used to avoid exercise, but since being in lockdown I've got myself into a bit of routine and have a personal trainer now, too.

It makes me feel so much better after I workout because of the endorphins – it's a natural high. Sometimes I can run, but it's hard to motivate myself to exercise on a regular basis, so when I moved house I saw that there are PT sessions near where I live.
