Manchester City star Eric Garcia has been given the green light to return to training in 48-hours following his sickening clash with his own goalkeeper. The Spanish U21 international was left flattened on the turf after colliding with Ederson during City's 3-0 romp over Arsenal at the Etihad on Wednesday night.Garcia, 19, needed lengthy treatment in front of his stunned team-mates, before being stretchered off wearing a neck brace and oxygen mask. Both clubs' medics raced on and treated the teenager for 10 minutes before he was taken off, leaving City to see out the game with ten men.But following intensive tests at hospital for concussion and head, neck and spinal damage the defender has returned to the club's base and is expected to resume.
