Manchester United have reportedly made enquiries about Juventus midfielder Federico Bernardeschi as a back-up option if they are unable to land primary target Jadon Sancho.
The Red Devils have been heavily linked with Borussia Dortmund ace Sancho in recent times but he may end up staying in Germany for the time being.
With many clubs expected to tighten their grip on finances after the coronavirus pandemic, paying his £100million asking price looks to be out of the question.
And Italian publication Tuttosport claim that United could look elsewhere if Sancho is a no go, with Bernardeschi named as an option.
