Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo has urged people to remain positive amid the coronavirus outbreak, insisting we will get the better of the deadly bug.

Numerous sporting events across the globe have been disrupted by the virus, which has reportedly affected close to 300,000 people worldwide.

Champions League and Europa League matches have also been suspended in a bid to combat coronavirus, while UEFA have delayed this summer’s Euro 2020 tournament until next year.
