Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has taken the time to reply to a six-year-old boy who wrote him a letter saying he 'missed playing football' during the coronavirus crisis.
The UK and a wealth of other countries remain on lockdown as the virus continues to affect everyday life around the globe. Most children in Britain are off school at present, including young Alex Jones, the United fan who decided to use his new-found free time to pen a letter to Rashford.
The message, which was shared by Alex's mum and sent to Rashford on Twitter, read: "To Marcus Rashford, my name is Alex Jones, age 6. "I feel sad about football.
