McDonald’s is planning to start reopening its restaurants in the UK by mid-May, the Irish Farmers Journal reports. The process will start slowly, with food only available via delivery or from drive-throughs.

The news comes after McDonald’s reopened some of its French outlets for drive-through only. The Irish Farmers Journal reports that the original plan would have seen restaurants closed until July, but that date has been brought forwards.
