A mum was told if she wanted to use a Post Office branch she must leave her sleeping baby in the street because of social distancing measures.
Mandy Jones said a worker at the branch in Tupsley, Hereford, told her that seven-month-old Liam was not welcome so she should leave him in his pram outside.
The furious 39-year-old has accused the shop staff of treating her baby "like a dog" after they offered "to keep an eye on him" while she posted a parcel.
Following the incident on Monday the Post Office has reviewed its policy and an adult is now allowed to bring a baby or child into the shop.
