NJ officials give an update during press conference Wednesday on new COVID-19 cases TRENTON, N.J. - New Jersey health officials announced more than 2,887 new cases of coronavirus and 402 new deaths on Tuesday.
The state total now sits at 111,188 cases and 6,442 deaths. Compared to Monday's new death totals, Tuesday's results nearly quadrupled according to official statistics.
