Newton Heath man creates 'dad bod' calendar for men’s mental health

A man from Newton Heath has gone the extra mile to raise awareness of men's mental health - while also celebrating the 'dad bod'.

Paul J Goddard, 38, has launched the 'God Bods' 2022 calendar. Each month features photos of men of different ages - and body types - with a mental health awareness theme.

Each calendar costs £15 and proceeds are going to mental health charity Andy's Man Club. The project was inspired by Paul's own difficulties with mental health as a man.
